The login process at ep567 is designed to be quick on mobile. Most players are in their account within 20 seconds.
ep567 is built for Pakistan players, which means the login page and the account dashboard are optimised for the mobile network conditions and device types common across the country. Whether you are on a 4G connection in Karachi, using Wi-Fi in Islamabad, or on a slower mobile network in a smaller city, the login process is designed to be fast and reliable.
When you log in, you are taken directly to your account dashboard. From there you can see your current PKR balance, any active bonuses or promotions, recent game history and quick-access links to the Game Lobby, the Betting section for PSL and cricket markets, and the Cashier for deposits and withdrawals. Everything you need is on one screen without unnecessary scrolling or navigation.
Your session remains active for a set period, so you will not be logged out mid-session during a cricket match or while playing a live casino table. For security, the session will time out after a period of inactivity, which is a standard security measure to protect your account if you step away from your device.
If you cannot remember your password, the reset process is straightforward. On the login page, tap the "Forgot Password" link. You will be asked to confirm the mobile number or email address registered to your account. Once confirmed, a reset link or OTP is sent to that contact. Follow the instructions to set a new password and you are back in your account within a couple of minutes.
When setting a new password, choose something secure – ideally a combination of letters, numbers and at least one special character. Avoid using easily guessed information like your date of birth or mobile number. A strong, unique password is the simplest way to protect your account and your PKR balance.
If you do not receive the reset message, check that the mobile number or email you entered matches the one you registered with exactly. If you are still having trouble, visit the FAQ page for further guidance or contact ep567 support.

Account security is something every ep567 player should take seriously, not because the platform is unsafe – it is protected by TLS encryption and fraud detection systems – but because good personal security habits make a real difference in preventing unauthorised access.
The most common way player accounts get compromised is through password reuse. If you use the same password at ep567 as you do for other accounts and one of those other services experiences a data breach, attackers will try those same credentials at gaming platforms. Using a unique password for your ep567 account removes this risk entirely.
It is also worth making sure your registered mobile number and email address are up to date in your account settings. These are the contact points used for password recovery and for any security alerts ep567 sends. If your registered number is no longer active, update it via the account settings before you need it for a reset.
Most login issues fall into one of a few categories and are easy to resolve. If you are entering the correct credentials but still cannot log in, check the following:
For anything beyond the above, the ep567 support team can assist. Details are in the FAQ section.
If you do not yet have an ep567 account, registration is free and takes under 3 minutes. You will need a Pakistani mobile number and your choice of JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer to make your first PKR deposit.
